SHIPPING
All orders over $75 ship for free. All others incur a $5 flat rate shipping fee. You may also shop online and select local pickup and pickup your purchase in store free of charges. Orders typically ship within 48 hours.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
2024 HOLIDAY RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY:
We are extending our return/exchange policy to make gift giving easier. As always, enjoy a full refund on returns within 15 days (see below for complete details). Starting Black Friday (Nov. 29), purchases may be returned beyond the 15 day period for store credit through January 15, 2025. RECEIPT REQUIRED.
All food, beauty, bath, skincare, soaps, cleansers, holiday specific items (e.g. ornaments), trunk show purchases, gift cards and sale items are final sale. All other items may be returned and/or exchanged within fifteen (15) days of purchase. Items must be unworn/unused, unwashed, undamaged or defective and in original packaging with tags. RECEIPT REQUIRED.
You may return online purchases in store or by mail. You are responsible for any return shipping fees should you choose to return by mail. To initiate a return or exchange by mail, please email Meghan at shopparkstory@gmail.com.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
